The San Juan Capistrano Mission Parish Altar Server Ministry is
an opportunity to participate in one of the most important liturgical
ministries at the Mission Parish. The Mission Parish is a special
setting for Altar Servers to serve in the Basilica, a National Shrine,
and in the Historic Mission Serra Chapel which is over 200 years
old. This ministry is open to all parishioners, 5th grade and older,
and training is offered periodically for new and experienced servers.
Each morning at the 8:30am Mass, students from Mission Parish School in grades 5th - 8th, participate as altar servers.
